Sri Lanka Managing Director

I am K.A. Anura Sisira Kumara, and it is my honor to serve as the Director of KANTO CONSULTING PVT LTD in Sri Lanka. With over 22 years of experience as an Authorized Officer at the Sri Lanka Military Police (1995-2017), I have gained deep insights into leadership, security, and discipline. I also had the privilege of working as a VVIP Military Police Officer (2006-2015) at the President's Security Division for more than a decade. This role allowed me to develop valuable interpersonal skills and form strong connections with people from all walks of life.

The current economic crisis in Sri Lanka has deeply impacted our people, and I have seen firsthand the struggles they face. This is what motivated me to co-found KANTO CONSULTING. Through our company, we are dedicated to helping individuals overcome these hardships by providing access to global job opportunities and study abroad programs. I believe that KANTO CONSULTING is a beacon of hope, offering people the chance to change their lives and secure a brighter future for themselves and their families.

I am M.A. Shameera Kulathunga, the esteemed Director of KANTO CONSULTING PVT LTD, brings over two decades of international experience and expertise to the company. Having resided in Japan for more than 20 years and holding permanent residency. I was born and grown in Sri lanka after high school my journey began in 2004 when I moved to Japan to pursue a career in business development and customer service. I studied Japanese at the prestigious Unitas Japanese Language School and graduated diploma from Chou Shoka Professional Training College in 2006.

My professional background extends into the automotive industry, where I attended automobile auctions, sourced vehicles for clients, and handled special orders by carefully documenting customer preferences. Over a three-year period, I successfully sold a wide range of vehicles (2020-present). I was measurement tool representative officer for India at Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd., enhancing my global business expertise. Prior to that, I worked as a robotics operator at Showagomu Co., Ltd.(2008-2016).
